To provide basic health care services for people in Lincoln County who lack sufficient financial resources to otherwise access care.
We offer primary medical care, including limited lab and x-ray.
We will assist patients with obtaining medications prescribed through the clinic.
We will assist patients in determining if they are eligible for some type of government plan or other healthcare assistance.
While the clinic is unable to provide these services, someone is available to suggest possible alternatives.
Appointments are not scheduled ahead of time. Patients should arrive between 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Thursday to register.
Patients are seen on a first come, first served basis after the registration hour.
All care provided in the clinic is free.
There is a small fee to pay for medications.
Prescriptions may be filled from our onsite pharmacy for a small fee.
Written prescriptions can be given to the patients to fill at the pharmacy of their choice.
The Free Clinic is staffed by volunteers.
Medical care is provided by volunteer Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants, and Nurses.
The free clinic will assist you in arranging follow-up care.
Limited lab and x-rays are provided at no cost by Ministry Health Good Samaritan Health Center.
The Free Clinic is funded by donations from area individuals, businesses, and service clubs.
